Cold with no proper heating, unfriendly waiter, no knowledge on food.It was one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. The place was extremely cold (we visited in January) and even though they had manual heaters on - it did not help. The toilets were literally ice caves - and they advertise themselves as a kid friendly place. Everyone was sitting with the jacket on. If the heating system is broken, sort it out or shut the place.
We asked for a table upstairs as that’s where the kids’ corner was. They told us to let the staff know upon arrival. We did. They didn’t allow us upstairs saying it’s messy. So we sat downstairs. They did not know when upstairs would be freed. In about 30 mins they started to allow customers upstairs. By this time we did not want to move as had drinks on table and food on the way - what was even more disappointing was that no-one even made the effort to offer to move us upstairs, where it was warmer and had the kids’ corner, and that was what we requested anyway.
All the asian staff were friendly.
The Hungarian waiter that served us was extremely unpleasant and unfriendly. When I asked the difference between two seemingly very similar curry
