Sanctuary Yoga is truly a magical place in the heart of Buda. The moment you step inside, you feel completely removed from the noise and rush of the city. I’m incredibly grateful to be able to teach Flow classes here three times a week. I deeply believe that the right environment can support us in turning inward, reconnecting with ourselves, and finding a sense of balance and presence. Sanctuary Yoga provides exactly that kind of space—peaceful, welcoming, and inspiring. A true sanctuary for anyone looking to slow down, breathe, and come home to themselves. 🙏✨

I fell in love with this place as soon as I stepped in. As I was removing my shoes I was in wonder, literally saying wow! I went there for a sound bath with Kata first and it was amazing. It is only later that I tried the delicious drinks and food. Joel is a very talented, loving chef and a kind, caring host (with good English level). I would go to the sanctuary every day just to hang out, if it was closer to my place.
