Mónika elképesztően szórakoztató és informatív pezsgőtúrát tartott. Nagyon sok újat tanultam a pezsgőkről és a történelemről is. Nagyon szép környezetben, finom pezsgők kísérték ezt a szuper programot! 🩷

Yesterday at the Gourmet Festival, I queued at the Sauska stand to purchase two Magnum bottles. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, I realized the line was barely moving because the attendant was busy chatting with friends instead of serving customers. What made the situation even more frustrating was that two other lines were moving normally and customers there were being served continuously. Eventually, another staff member noticed how long I had been waiting and invited me to move to her line. As soon as I did, three people who had been standing ahead of me began accusing me of cutting the line and publicly confronting me. I explained that I had been directed there by your staff member and that I wasn’t responsible for how the lines were being managed. Unfortunately, by that point the situation had already become embarrassing and uncomfortable. The entire incident was caused by poor customer service and a complete lack of attention to the queue that had effectively been abandoned while the employee socialized. Több alkalommal is voltunk és ismerősöket is vittünk már a túrára. A pince rendszer nagyon szépen be van világítva, különböző stációkban érdekes fokusz pontok, amik mind mind segítenek a pezsgő gyártás megértésében. Önmagában a túra is megállná a helyét bárhol a világban, de a kóstolóval együtt egészen biztosan világszinvonal. A túravezetők minden alkalommal nagyon felkészültek és jó stílusuak voltak, öröm volt őket hallgatni. A pezsgő kóstolónak a pincében igazán különleges hangulata van és a fényjáték is egy jó elem a túrában. (Bár ez utóbbi nekem kicsit káoszos, de jobb így, hogy van, mint mikor még nem volt) Érdemes melegen öltözni a túrához, mert bármilyen meleg van odakint, a pincében hideg van
