Ezúton is köszönjük Fehér Lajos úrnak a segítőkész es minden szempontból kielégítő segitségéért!

I had a very disappointing experience with Schiller Hasznaltauto in Budapest, and I feel compelled to share it so others can avoid the same frustration. We went to Schiller’s used car division to view a Lexus NX priced at over €47,000. Although we had made an appointment, the salesperson showed little to no interest in assisting us. After some time, a colleague was allowed to join for a brief test drive. We later sat down for a short conversation with the responsible salesperson, who seemed poorly informed about the vehicle’s specifications and history. No water offered, no coffee, no proper welcome. The next day, we tried calling the salesperson multiple times with no response. He finally returned my call after the third attempt and offered a “discount” of 90,000 forint on the list price of 18,990,000 forint (less than 0.5%), or alternatively a free service. However, their own website clearly states that vehicles in this price category come with free servicing by default, so this was hardly a genuine offer. In short, this was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had when shopping for a premium vehicle. A lack of professionalism, poor communication, uninterested sales staf

Very nice place, great selection of cars. Prices were fair and they offer several options for coverage. Car came clean and fueled. The service is kind. We will come back.

The staff was very helpful and answered all the questions I wanted to know. I am very glad that I bought a used car Ford here. I recommend this dealer to people who want to buy used cars.
