Amazing apartment complex stay every couple weeks for 4 nights and never have a problem and amazing service every time. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Check out time is 11 and no hassle they don’t disturb you or anything. Don’t normally use the parking but did this time as it’s same cost as parking on street for my friend who lives nearby. Recommend booking parking early as it’s only small garage. I always request if I can have same room as It feels at home but I’ve stayed in most rooms and all great and comfortable. Well worth the money with easy connections in the city. Only down side is depends who answers your messages some staff are not as welcoming as others I don’t know if they don’t understand English as well as others but they always answer your messages and help where they can.

The accommodation was pleasant, but they told me they didn’t have parking available even though the website stated before payment that they did. However, it turns out they don’t have parking for all rooms. A major scam and very unprofessional. After I made the payment, they informed me that there was no parking available, and when I contacted them 3 days before arrival, they did not respond to my message.

Everything is good with this apartment except the rudest house keeper I've never met. the checkout time is 11:30 and the blonde hair cleaner with ponytail will burst into your apartment at 11AM SHARP tell you to get out with her rude hand gestures at 11am and then banging on the door every 10 mins aggressively. Probably the most rudest person. I've met in Budapest so far. Shocked😵‍💫 will not recommend if you need a piece of quiet for your check out process in the morning.

Modern apartment with easy access and parking, located in a quiet neighborhood. Keyless entry and overall cleanliness is a big plus.

Massively overpriced, this is my 4th different apartment this month and it was 3 times more expensive so I booked it for 2 weeks thinking it would be value for money as the other apartments were good value but I would not recommend this place at all, very disappointing, it's nice and clean but if you want the cleaners to come in you have to pay, I'm here for 2 weeks and only 1 hob to cook on so its difficult to make a proper dinner

Great place to stay, very comfortable little apartment. It is located some way from the city center and major attractions, be aware of that, but going to the city by bus is easy.

I recently booked a stay at Smartapart, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This brand new building is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, providing a perfect retreat for those seeking tranquility and comfort.
