Két szendvicset vettem, az egyik az egy sajtos kifli, volt a másik pedig egy molnárka nevezetű szendvics, ami egyáltalán nem volt friss, száraz volt, a saláta benne már teljesen fonnyadt és másfél centi átmérőjű paprika kritikán aluli volt. Az árazás, pedig ilyen minőséghez képest, nem korret.

Az ételek és a kiszolgálás rendben voltak, de a távozásom napján történt incidens méltatlan volt. Friss hasi műtét után, kötésekkel, de már utcai nadrágban vártam a feleségemet és egy magamra terített pufikabátban 2 perce ettem egy melegszendvicset. Ekkor jött be egy büfés dolgozó a büfé ajtaján, kb. 40 éves, kb. 165 cm magas, festett szőke haját copfban viselő átlagos kinézetű nő, aki mindenki előtt, az egész helyiséget betöltő hangerővel, ordernáré stílusban alázott meg, mondván "ez nem strand" és utasított, hogy öltözzek fel normálisan. Mindezt egy kórházi büfében! Ahol a betegek állapota nem mindig teszi lehetővé a teljes felöltözést. A minősíthetetlen stílus miatt a kifizetett ételt is otthagyva távoztunk. Egy kórházban az empátia és a diszkrét hangnem alapelvárás lenne, nem luxus. Lehetett volna ezt kultúráltan is közölni. Kár érte, mert a többi büfés kollégája végig normális volt a bent töltött 2 hetem alatt."

Kedves a kiszolgálás, nagy a választék, finom a kávé. Jó hogy van egy ilyen hely a kórházban, szükséges minden szempontból. Lelkileg is, hiszen aki beteg annak egyfajta kapcsolat a "normális" külvilággal. Köszönöm! 🥰

A büfé kínálata kiváló, de sajnos a kiszolgálás nem. A kasszánál szó szerint leüvöltöttek,mert szóvá tettem,hogy már a sokadik embert szolgálják ki előttem (nem kórházi dolgozót),miközben a párom rosszul volt,neki szerettem volna vizet venni. Szégyeljék magukat! Egyébként ez a figyelmemetlenségüknek köszönhető,mivel 2 kassza van.
