Minősíthetetlen kommunikáció. A termékek jók, az emberekhez való hozzáállás csapnivaló.

Én nagyon csalódott vagyok a termékekkel kapcsolatban. 43000 Ft értékben vásároltam interneten keresztül. A porcelán edény kínai, csak egy volt kalocsai. A porcelánbaba az árához képest olcsó minőség, az is kínai, a hímzés elfogadható, de mire összerakták a babát piszkos lett. Olcsó porcelán, nincs fényesítve. A fémnotesz üveges része három helyen meg volt repedve. A piperetükör belül sérült volt. A teafilter tartó és a nagyító az nagyon szép. A 15 termékből maximum 5 értékelhető. Ez volt az első vásárlásom, de az utolsó is. Ha azt hírdeti, hogy magyar souwenir, akkor az magyar termék legyen. Nagyon sok magyar kézműves van az országban, akik csodálatos dolgokat készítenek. Csak olyan termékeket hírdessenek és tartsanak raktáron, melyeket magyar kézművesek készítettek. Ezzel is támogatnák az igazi magyar gazdaságot. Hajrá piackutatás!
