I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it is necessary to share my experience. Five years ago, a different clinic poorly performed a hyaluronic acid injection under my eyes, which caused several issues. I initially came to this clinic for a blepharoplasty consultation. The doctor advised that surgery wasn't necessary and recommended dissolving the old product first. Up to this point, the advice seemed logical. However, after the dissolving injection, my face changed drastically, causing a severe loss of volume and deep hollows under my eyes. When I reached out to the clinic regarding this outcome, they declined to corrective action, citing my pre-existing health condition. I had disclosed my medical history from day one, so if this condition made corrective procedures impossible, I believe the dissolving treatment should not have been performed in the first place. I spent five months dealing with these severe hollows under my eyes without receiving any support or accountability from the clinic. I ultimately had to travel to Paris and spend over €4,000 on corrective surgery, and I am still dealing with the consequences. I am giving two stars solely because the receptionist was kind an

Not a good experience. I had a promotional offer and they quickly wanted to finish and just sell me a super expensive package. When I said I’m still thinking the lady got upset and i felt really uncomfortable. Not a client friendly place for sure…

This was my first experience with a beauty salon, and it certainly won't be my last—it was fantastic! I got the facial skin treatment as a present, and I didn't expect to enjoy it as much as I did. The atmosphere and the pleasant scents were very spa-like, and I was extremely pleased with the results. Honestly, I waited a couple of weeks to see if the improvements to my skin would last, and they definitely did! It was very effective. I plan to return regularly, and I highly recommend it to others!

I was offered a present for face treatment that help you, allegedly look younger! This was a nice gesture towards the health service employees from Spandora and really I thank them for that! The receptionists were very kind. The beautician lady went through the questionnaire I had earlier filled and told me off regarding to what I had written. She tried to show me how wrong I was not to think I don't have wrinkles, rozarea(redness around the mouth) and "falling" skin. To start with, that wasn't so polite gesture. The treatment itself was pleasant but then she wouldn't let me go if I wouldn't buy a quite expensive full set of creams and treatments. When I said that I thank her but I am not prepared to buy for the time being, she wasn't happy and wouldn't really let me go! Of course, she couldn't make much but the whole was a bit frustrating and odd! I think from a serious company like they present themselves, they should allow the client to choose the service or the products he wants whenever is suitable for him! Overall I am not sure I relaxed with them! I would propose a friendlier approach because I think the could attract more clients. Anyway, otherwise I appreciate the time it
