Girish is a great professional healer! I went to him with a long-standing problem and deep back pain and inflamed tennis elbow. A very deep muscle strain was causing a lot of problems in my back, plus my body was full of inflammation. My nervous system was also completely destroyed by the pain. Abhyanga and Shirodhara therapies with Giresh were amazing. I had these on two different days. As an Ayurveda Practitioner myself, I relaxed into the Abhyanga massage which released tension and blockages in all of my body. Shirodhara the next day, combined with a head massage, sent me into a light calm state that released head tension. Giresh was very professional and a great Ayurveda Dr. You can ask to be covered on top when you have the stomach massaged. Also, make sure you wear something that can be very oily after Shirodhara from the hair oiled.

🌿 Review for Girish Mokeri – Sparsha Ayurveda Centre, Budapest 🌿 I recently visited Sparsha Ayurveda Centre for an Ayurvedic massage with Dr. Girish Mokeri, and I am truly grateful for the experience. I had three kidney stones, with the largest measuring 4 mm, confirmed by an ultrasound before the treatment. After the massage, I was amazed to find that all the stones had moved out of my kidney and passed naturally. This was confirmed by a follow-up ultrasound. The relief and happiness I felt afterward were incredible. Dr. Girish is a traditional Ayurvedic doctor trained in India, and his knowledge and healing touch are exceptional. One of the best memories from my trip to Budapest. This was my first such experience and I really want to come back, but this time to take 10 days course. I highly recommend this place, and being a bit jealous to locals who can go there whenever they want 🙃🙃

I’m happy as a Hungarian to be able to regularly visit this Ayurveda center in Budapest, Hungary. I’ve been to more ayurveda centers in India, Kerala, but Girish is still my best and favourite Ayurveda practitioner. He is always focused on giving treatments that are personalized with the best quality. I really admire his knowledge and fully trust him. My life is always changing after his treatments.
