We were flying out of Budapest the next day and needed help with bike boxes. I emailed them a month before then again a wewk before. Sure enough when we got there they had bike boxes and were helpful in helping us out. The selection of bikes here is crazy. So many bikes. Guys are wonderful. Thanks guys?

Worst service I have received. They confirm the order, I ask a question, till today did not answer. I ordered a SECOND bike from them and in the delivery note I stated that I will collect it with the other bike. They send me an email, order is ready. I ask about the first bike, oh that is another week or maybe two weeks.

It's not a bike shop as the name suggests.. you can't even go in just like any shop you have to ring a bell and wait to be escorted in. Millions of bikes hanging around with thousands of accessories all around, yet when I want tyres they don't have any to sell... So as I mentioned a shop where you can't buy parts is not a shop. This is a display unit basically. If you order something online you can pick it up here.. so again.. not bike shop, pick up point.. Even when I was told there's plenty different types of tyres similar to the one I looked at, I asked like what's the difference which is worth it, they just suddenly showed the one I was after... No advice whatsoever. Bad experience. I could just use alza for the even better quality service using a pick up box

Pathetically low service I ordered a bike in their website for almost 3,000 Euros which you can only pay in store and not through their website, as I received poor quality communication on email I proceeded to go to their store to make the payment of the bike. I got extremely shocked by their lack of customer service as I said hello good morning and they replied, only Internet shop, no english, so I pulled out my Google translate to say that I was there to pay the bike I ordered online, this employee (with a cap and goat bearded) said nothing and went inside the shop, so I waited and waited for 10 minutes so stepped inside the shop as it was odd that this man didn't say anything else, to my surprise, 5 people were inside the store and 2 of them insistintly asked me out of the store as I tried to show on Google translate that I wanted to pay with kartya for my bike, to which they said, send an email send an email. I was very confused and they just let me standing outside of their shop again. If I'm buying a product (specially of almost 3k eur), I expect at least a small amount of effort by any of the 5 workers, perhaps using Google translate, calling someone who speaks English and t

I bought a cube bike from this shop. Everything seem to be fine except you have to check 100-200 km after bought. The shop refers to another bike seller which is around 8.6 km from their shop. Another bad thing is you have to pay for the service (1,500 ft) which I think it should be free of charge. It should be a responsibility of the Speedbike shop for this service or they should open the service for themselves (not referring to another shop and we have to pay it). I feel like they want to sell the bike only. I have another good experience with k-2 bike, I bought another bike from K-2 bike. The service was really great and I do not have to pay any extra charge after 1st check (100-200 km used). From Cube Company website, both shops are authorized dealer. I will write my complaint and my experience to the company and ask for the regulation of the company about after buying bike and first checking. To sum up, if you would like to buy a Cube bike, I would recommend you who is reading this comment to buy it from K-2 bike shop. Or if you would like to buy another brand of bike, please avoid this shop as possible as you can. With love
