I ordered a döner box at Star Kebab, and the main problem was simple: it had almost no flavour. The meat tasted of essentially nothing - no seasoning, no char, and the sauce (garlic? chilli? idk) didn't rescue it either. I've eaten gyros and döner at plenty of places, and even the average ones have some recognisable taste to them. This one didn't have a taste to criticise; it just wasn't there. The fries was anything special (made of average minus frozen stuff). It's filling and it's inexpensive, so if that's all you need it will do the job. But if you're after a döner that actually tastes like something, there are better options nearby.

This was the worst falafel I have ever had in my life. Microwaved, zero crunch, overall YUCK. Tasted like dirt . Was lukewarm. Zero flavour. Falafels - inedible. The kebab was bland and the staff had zero enthusiasm towards creating a nice meal . Would strongly recommend never coming here.

Very good kebab served very quickly, the only minus is a bit small, but the taste definitely makes up for it. Fresh ingredients, juicy meat, and friendly service – highly recommended!

star Kebab Turkish Restaurant offers good Home-style dishes like soups and appetizers, but the kebabs are disappointing. The döner is made from minced beef, which doesn’t taste right, the Adana kebab was too dry, and the lahmacun dough wasn’t properly leavened. It’s a decent spot for dishes, but not recommended for kebabs.
