We come here since 2024 and I can only praise these guys and gals here. Very very very hospitable, pleasent, sincere, warm, cool people. The prices are maybe high for some items, but service is amazing. All recommendations!

Came by looking for a set of freestyle ski gear as I heard this is "the" freestyle shop in Budapest. Also, I have pretty wide feet for my size and was therefore looking specifically for the Atomic Hawx Magna line of boots with Mimic heat molded liners and moldable shell, or the K2 BFC. 1. Walk into the shop, completely ignored. That's fine, they were quite busy, so I looked around on my own and found the ski section. 2. Browsed on my own, saw some magnas on the wall, wanted to try one in my size. 3. Saw some Bent 110 skis, wanted to know if they had any others. Everything else they had on the floor were mainstream or racer skies. 4. Cannot tell who works there as they're not really in uniform or anything. I would assume that means they eventually come and ask you if you need help. 5. After around 10 min, no one has come to talk to me. A local walks into the ski section, pokes around, and an older guy's on him immediately. 6. After another 10 min, the local customer who had walked in has left, and the older guy who was helping him is nowhere in sight. Still no one has talked to me. 7. I try to ask a couple people milling about nearby if they work there, they all say no.

great store with a great atmosphere, I rented a snowboarding(my first time) and they gave me a great board and boots, they were so nice when I asked them to give me another pair of boots cause I couldn't get the others ones on they were so nice ans gave me another pair. 10/10!!!.

Absolutely wonderful team, great people, great atmosphere! Everyone is super helpful, they have good quality products, really put the emphasis on quality. They always give you great advice, they are friendly and patient - even though they are all professionals skiers / snowboarders. Highly recommend for anyone looking to purchase / rent or service ski or snowboard gear. They also mold boots and make custom footbeds!

I was looking for ski boots and custom insoles and had a really great experience. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly knew the details of the boots inside and out. The custom insoles turned out excellent, and I’m very happy with the result :)
