Today I attended a Peachy Booty session with Réka. It was extremely efficient and intensive. I wholeheartedly recommend Réka, she's great! :)

Néha megkérdezik, kihez járok pilates-re. Én pedig csak annyit szoktam mondani, hogy én nem oktatóhoz járok, hanem A Stúdiótokba. Ez az első olyan hely, ahol nem kell oktatóhoz igazítanom az állandóan változó naptáram, mert bárkihez is esek be, az az óra garantáltan tökéletes, jó hangulatú, és változatos lesz.

Fantastic trainers and atmosphere not to mention the quality and cleanliness of equipment. I started with one occasion per week but now I go twice. I totally enjoy it and highly recommend it to anyone even around sixty

Tágas terem, természetes fénnyel, amit én kifejezetten kedvelek. Több oktató közül lehet választani, akár gyógytornász végzettséggel, így mindenki megtalálja a neki megfelelőt. Jó társaság, jó hangulat, színes, vidám enteriőr. Visszatérő vendég lettem a próbaalkalmak után is.

Egy csoda hely!✨ Az oktatóktól kezdve az atmoszféráig minden egyszerűen tökéletes! Minden egyes vendéget a saját mozgás képességeihez megfelelően kezelnek/edzenek, minden egyes apró részletre oda figyelnek! Ez az a hely ahol mindenki megtalálhatja azt az edzés formát ami neki a legjobban kézre áll, hiszen dinamikus pilátestől egészen lassabb koncentráltabb mozgásformákig minden megtalálható! Nagyon szeretek ide járni, iszonyat nagy szeretet veszi körül a az egész stúdiót, az oktatók nagyon nagyon kedvesek, és az órákra járó csapatok is fantasztikusak mindig. Nevetünk, beszélgetünk, jól érezzük magunkat, és közben még a testünkért is sok sok jót teszünk! 🩷✨🧘🏻‍♀️
