I like everything about the clinic, the accessibility, the receptionists, call line, building, but not the doctors. Sounds ironic, yes. I wont say anything about the professional opinions, Im not a doctor, I don’t have a qualification to judge. What is striking is the attitude, the personal attitude. In the majority of cases (with rare exceptions) doctors do not listen to you. Simply don’t listen. They have very formal old fashioned approach of assumptions. For 25 minutes out of 30 minutes of my appointment with Dr Szekeres Orsolya Éva I tried to make her to listen to me. But in vain. I was told a lot of basic things not applicable to me, none of my questions were answered, also I was schooled for coming to a Hungarian doctor and not speaking Hungarian. All I wanted is being listened to and being told what Im doing wrong and what im doing right and what I should change. I didn’t hear anything. The doctors might be super professional, but if they cant work with people and listen… People wont come back. It was the first time in my life I cried during the appointment. Not because of the lab tests or diagnosis or anything health related. No. Just because of the doctor’s personal attitu

I come to Swiss Clinic for years and I just realised this place is a scam. I made an appoinment for a blood test online (for 2 weeks later), and for online you HAVE TO pay in advance, there is no other option so they force you to pay. After paying, I realised I have an important exam that day and I called Swiss Clinic customer service to change the date. They told me they cannot modify or cancel my appointment, they cannot reimburse me, it is in "general terms and agreement". I am sorry but this is illegal in the EU. Considering that I wanted to cancel my appointment 2 WEEKS before the appointment, how can you say you won't modify, reimburse, or cancel it? I will take this to the formal complaint mechanisms. I will never ever book an appointment with Swiss Clinic, even though I like the doctors there unfortunately.

If you book online, you can't do anything with this appointment: changing or canceling is completely impossible. We tried to move my son’s appointment to an earlier available slot, even via the call center, and were told it was not possible. Cancellation is also impossible. As far as we understand, a complete and unconditional refusal to allow cancellation or modification of an appointment may be contrary to Hungarian consumer protection law and EU Directive 93/13/EEC on unfair contract terms, which prohibits unfair terms creating a significant imbalance to the detriment of consumers. Patients should not be left without any reasonable option to amend or cancel a booking. It would be a case to proceed with the legal measures...

I booked my annual medical check-up one month in advance, but due to the clinic not receiving a guarantee letter from my insurance company, two of my scheduled appointments (internist and ECG) were canceled. The clinic asked me to contact the insurance company myself instead of helping resolve the issue. Later, during a cardiology visit, I was asked to wait for my report. I waited over 30 minutes, only to be told it had already been emailed. A simple explanation would have saved me unnecessary waiting. Finally, I arrived about 10 minutes late for my echocardiogram appointment, and it had already been canceled. No alternative solution or rescheduling was offered. Overall, I found the communication poor and the customer service disappointing. I expected a much higher level of patient care and support from a clinic that presents itself as a premium healthcare provider.

I had a fantastic first-time-visit to this clinic. The facilities are very well maintained and the standard of the service is pretty much premium. I had no issues booking the appointment and being assigned to a doctor able to speak in English (since I unfortunately don’t speak Hungarian). The medical check and time management was perfect, they immediately booked my next appointment and lab tests as well. No complains so far and only my positives vives to this Clinic to keep up with their great work that makes life of expects in Budapest much more livable and convenient.
