It was the best blood test experience I’ve had in Hungary! The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and speak great English, which made me feel very comfortable. I usually feel faint after blood tests, but the nurse (unfortunately, I don’t know his name) handled everything so professionally that I felt completely fine afterwards. Thank you so much! 🤗

Perfect. Everything was just great. Because suddenly i had to come hours earlier then my original appointment (i got something to do) they could still accommodate me and took my blood. I really appreciated it. Thank you.

I booked a blood test appointment online for a specific time. When I arrived, there were four ladies at the reception. One was busy with a client, and the other three were free. I asked, "Do you speak English?" and they just pointed at the one who was busy. I approached the desk three times. I wasn’t just silently standing around waiting to be noticed. I even showed them a screenshot in Hungarian clearly stating that I had an appointment, just to make things easier. Still, they kept pointing at the one lady who was occupied with another client, while they themselves were just sitting free. It’s hard to describe how absurd and frustrating the situation was. While I was waiting (for over 20 minutes past my appointment time), two of the four receptionists still remained free. Two other people arrived who, like me, didn’t notice that you’re supposed to take a queue ticket first, but unlike me, they were told about it right away. I wasn't. They got their tickets and the free receptionists helped them. And I just kept standing there. Eventually, I left without getting the test done. I simply didn’t have another 20 minutes (or more) to waste, especially since the first client was still

I am the worst when it comes to a blood test, because I am very stressed and I have all kind of reactions when the needle touches my skin. And yet, all the ladies I have met here before could manage the situation and take my blood in a perfect way, the very last one which Katalin did, didn't even leave a mark and she made sure I am fine. I see people complain about the system and so, but as someone who is really stressed when it comes to a blood test, I think this is the best place to come to because what actually matters in my opinion is how they take your blood so this should be considered and reviewed and the staff who is doing the tests. Which is 10/10. I even have an insurance package at another big medical company where the blood test is included and still I rather come here and pay because they are that great

I had an excellent experience at Synlab Mammut yesterday when I went for bloodwork. The entire process was smooth, professional, and up to the highest Western standards. The facility is clean, modern, and well-organized, which really put me at ease. A special thank you to Gyöngyvér, the nurse who took my blood—she was kind, gentle, and incredibly professional. I was also amazed to receive my results within 12 hours. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable, world-class medical service in Budapest.
