The pools were very clean, especially the outdoor pool. The entire building was beautiful, and I would definitely recommend visiting. Both the men’s and women’s changing rooms were clean, especially considering we visited during peak hours. I would 100% recommend the spa. However, make sure to bring your own towel and flip-flops or Crocs, as that’s where the tourist trap is—the on-site towels cost £28. Despite that, I would definitely return, as it was an incredibly relaxing experience and a perfect break from our busy city trip.

An awesome experience, we went mid day about 3 pm on a Thursday and it was 35 degrees c. The crowds were tolerable, no line up to get in as we went with the fast track option with a cabin which allows you to lock it up and leave your stuff in the cabin. The only thing I would say is to make sure if you have this option to enter on the opposite side of the main entrance. The Beer Spa was a great option and we really had some great laughs as we were two couples and we rented the private two person tubs x 2 and they have doors that puts you in to privacy. Great beer and you tap your own as you sit in the tubs!

Excellent experience. There are a multitude of indoor pools to explore with a variety of temperatures. There are hot (40°C) and cold plunges as well as a salt inhalation chamber and multiple saunas. You don't need to book the packages to enjoy this place, but I'd recommend bringing your own food and drink as this was reasonably expensive. (2000Ft to an ice-cream). The outdoor pools are the main attraction. There is a 38°C crescent pool at one end which is amazing. There is a large swimming pool in the middle (this was closed when I attended, but it was still worth it!) And there is an 'Adventure Pool' at the other end. This is heated to around 32/34°C depending on the season and has a whirlpool feature and a jacuzzi on the centre. The staff were lovely to us - not sure what the rest of these reviews are saying, but we had our QR codes ready and were scanned straight in to enjoy the facilities. I would really recommend this place, the architecture around is stunning and people were really well behaved when I went. Photos are my own with as many people edited out as I could.

The variety of pools is impressive, with different temperatures and features that cater to both relaxation and fun. I especially enjoyed the outdoor pools, where you can unwind while surrounded by lush greenery—it's a perfect escape from the busy city. The saunas and wellness areas are also excellent, offering a wide range of options for rejuvenation. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist and ensure guests have a pleasant stay. Everything is well-organized, from entry to changing areas, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, the thermal baths in Bucharest are a fantastic destination for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy a bit of luxury. I would highly recommend visiting—it's truly a highlight of the city!

Very easy to get to, when you take metro you basically get out at the spa. Clean, fun, saunas are really hot, well kept and lovely. Customer service was amazing. The private cabins are small so perfect for just 1 person. The outdoor pools are heated perfectly one being 38°, the other 34° (I think) and the lane swimming 29°. The architecture is amazing. I had a great time overall. Easily spend 2-3hours just lounging. Loads of indoor pools too
