Ordered lenses 9 days ago, was supposed to get them within 1-4 business days- nothing so far. Same story every single time, once I waited almost 3 weeks. I give up.

Received the worst service and attitude. The seller didn’t want to speak in English. Then, when I countlessly asked if I am buying the right lenses, she assured me that it is right. There is no difference between the one she is offering and the one I needed. When I opened the package at home, it was I indeed different. Now I don’t know what to do with the lenses I paid!!

I rarely leave a negative feedback. This store surely deserves one though... The first time I ordered, my order arrived on time, however it took over 10 minutes of waiting in the shop for one of the two salespeople to acknowledge my presence and come to assist, while the other one was busy with another customer. I placed my second order on 21 December and with the note of 1-3 days delivery, I was hoping to be able to pick the lens up before Christmas. That was so naive of me! There was no response whatsoever, and I tried calling their number several times between the holidays waiting up to 30 minutes on line while nobody bothered to answer. The machine keeps saying they value my call, while they didn't even bother to notify their clients that they are closed until 2 January. To find this out, I actually had to go to the nearest shop. I reached out by email and via Facebook with no response. I finally received news on 5 January claiming that within a couple of days I will be able to pickup one of the lenses, while the second one is not available and might take up to 2 weeks to be delivered from the provider. I don't see how they can put a product with 1-3 day delivery on their websi

I chose the glasses I wanted to buy but the seller was so incompetent and unwilling to help with choosing the lenses for them that I will have to order online. The online shop does not preserve the contents of the basket between sessions and I got an error message at payment.

It was a nightmare get in touch with the customer service, but it is great that if they have stock in the shop and you order the product "click&collect" you can get it straight away, without fear of someone's taking it by the time you get there. Fantastic pricing!!
