I initially had a less than expected experience, which left me a bit disappointed at first. However, I want to highlight how the shop handled the situation afterward. they reached out to apologize and made a genuine effort to resolve the issue by sending a replacement bouquet. The new flowers were fresh, well arranged, and clearly prepared with much more care. The follow up and the care they showed completely changed my impression. It’s clear that they value their customers and are willing to make things right when something doesn’t go as planned. Based on how professionally the situation was handled and the overall improvement in my experience, I can now confidently recommend them .

Absolutely beautiful bouquet! The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and arranged with great care exactly like the photo, if not even better in person. I ordered it from Slovenia, and it was delivered flawlessly to my mother-in-law in Budapest on her birthday, right on time and in perfect condition. The customer service was excellent. They were friendly, responsive, and very professional throughout the whole process. They made international ordering easy and stress-free. Highly recommend! 🌷

Excellent service. The package delivered looked even more beautiful in reality. She loved the flowers and the vase! The attached note was also designed beautifully. Also, the delivery was on time as planned for the surprise!

The graduation bouquet from Szirom is a delightful mix of vibrant roses, daisies, and purple blooms, topped with a cute teddy bear in a cap, beautifully arranged. Delivery was prompt with fresh flowers and a sweet note card, plus a lovely surprise of a message card, chocolates, and flower food. The quality and service are excellent, offered great value for a memorable gift. I’ll order again! 💐
