The guy tweaked price of the plan to 4500ft to make me get it and then when i checked the monthly fee on my phone it was around 5.500ft. He didn’t confess and there were actually 2 of them, but I took my time to explain them even though they are part of Telekom and has been through a training program to do their absolute best to trick the customers, they are humanbeings at the end, and they should do what’s right. Be extra careful with everything they say maybe you need to record them while they are talking because it will change a lot.

Huge thanks to Hoang Ngoc Hai, he has been incredibly helpful in assisting me with my phone and broadband connection. As I don’t speak Hungarian, he went above and beyond to communicate clearly in English and make sure everything was sorted smoothly. Thanks to him, I’ve had a great experience at Telekom!

Horrible service. 4 staff but just 2 working. They are so slow and if you don’t speak Hungarian, the machine provides a different kind of number so they pass before all the Hungarian although you came first and have your number before.

Honestly, Telekom itself is pretty bad, but I needed a local number urgently for something related to my studies, so fine I will tolerate Telekom's bs for now. This specific store actually helped me unlock my phone when my SIM card randomly locked it. For some reason, I couldn’t unlock it myself, but when they did it, it worked immediately. So thank you!. They even have a section for people who prefer English, so if you press English, your ticket will indicate your prefer English, the staff will automatically know to serve you in English, unlike at the Arena Mall location, so that’s a big plus. Unfortunately, as I was leaving, I noticed my number had been discontinued. I’ll need that fixed or I’ll need a new number, so I guess I’ll be going back tomorrow and I’ll definitely return to this store, not another Telekom one. Edit: Went back to get a new number and just awesome, super nice and helpful and everythin went smoothly. This outlet is the best compared to others I went to. The waiting time depends on the day and how many people there are before you of course but that is normal. (This review is for the particular store location and the workers there, they were very helpful
