The girl at the front desk was openly hostile and made it clear she wasn’t happy to see me. She snapped, asking what I wanted, and right then and there I should have turned around and walked out. Unfortunately, I didn't. Rolling her eyes and radiating irritation, she still showed me to the massage room. ​I paid for a one-hour full-body massage. The clothes and towels provided were far from fresh. About ten minutes into the session, I realized she was just going through the motions—mechanically holding my leg with one hand while completely glued to her phone with the other. She was so checked out that she forgot my other leg entirely and only went back to it after I pointed it out. She also skipped my lower back and face, but I didn't bother reminding her again, realizing it was a lost cause. ​Relaxing was out of the question; I felt like an unwanted intruder the entire time. Her touch was rough, careless, and rushed—it was painfully obvious she just wanted to get it over with. When I was leaving, she was slouched in one of the rooms, staring at her screen, and didn't even bother to see me out. A thoroughly miserable experience and a complete waste of money.

We arrived late for our massage due to going to the wrong parlour.. & being tourists. However the ladies were still very accommodating and completed our couples oil massage. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for being so welcoming! Definitely will be coming back next time we are in budapest! It's value for money & such a amazing great professional service. We left feeling very relaxed & the quality of the massage was great.

I used to come here often, but I won't be coming back. Last week, during a neck and shoulder massage, the masseuse made me stay in one position while she massaged my back for half an hour. Only after I reminded her did she start massaging my shoulders and neck, and even then, it was just pressing, no kneading at all. She didn't massage my head at all. Most importantly, she spent the first half hour looking at her phone and texting while massaging. The massage ended in less than an hour; she's truly the worst masseuse I've ever encountered.

We walked in to request for a massage told fully booked for the day. The lady did not even check her dairy and sent us away. We looked online and in fact lots of appointments available. We booked for 3 pm, arrived 2.30 pm she said wait in street no waiting area, not very friendly! Massage is ok but room dark and not sure towels changed for each guest! Other walk in guests all turned away even though they all sitting there talking to each other! Not very friendly service!

My husband and I came here for a 90 minute couples massage. We both asked for the majority of the massage to be focused on back, neck, and shoulders. Unfortunately, the massage time was not spent on these areas. My person spent a lot of time on my legs which felt good for a bit but then she went over the same spots over and over again, which didn’t even have tension. Additionally, we paid for the 90 minutes and only received around 75 minutes of massage. It ended earlier than expected. As others have mentioned, you pay for the massage when you arrive prior to receiving the massage. So, did not receive the value I paid for unfortunately. Lastly, the service was poor. They didn’t even say bye to us. They simply left the room and we exited the room and the building without saying bye.
