Aesthetically pleasing shoes, seemingly good quality materials for a bit more than 100€ and they are made in hungary, the sneakers I bought felt a bit hard at first but I walked in them a whole day without any problem

The shoes are beautiful and unique as always! I will always go back but guys, be careful with the communication! I recently bought shoes for a friend with a wrong size and I asked the sellers before if there is an option to change the money into a coupon, cause they don’t give money back. They promised me that it is possible and now suddenly it’s not. Now it’s only possible to buy some of the stuff in the shop which is there at the moment…🤔 I would not have bought the shoes without the coupon option and now I have brand new shoes which I don’t need and I have to sell them online by myself which is super annoying.

Let me be clear, the shoes are perfect! Very good quality! But!!! Terrible customer service! When my girlfriend and I entered the shop it truly felt like that we wasn’t really welcomed.. at all.. the two girls were chatting with each other and barely was interested about us (the only customers at the time). When my girlfriend asked, (because the employes did not care to ask if we needed any help or were interested) that the model she liked were avalible in her size? She got a short reply of ”no”. Thats it. The employes (two girls) continued chatting like if we werent there.. then another customer mid age women came in to the shop. She was really interested but she barely got any help either.. the girls were irritated about every question the lady asked. She left with no purchase.. when i asked about if my size was avalible i got a smug answear of ”I dont know” then the other girl checked her chart. Finaly the only caring employe a guy with earrings entered and he helped me. I bought my shoes only because i was leaving the next day from the country.. otherwise i would have left the store without purchase as well! Super friendly staff, all you need to do is smile and be polite. Shoes are out of this world, I've been shopping there for more than 20 years now. I have bought many many pairs. There's a 19 year-old pair that I still use sometimes. Highly recommend brand.

We went in because my husband has been wanting to get a pair of their shoes for a while. He easily found the model and size to fit well. I decided to buy a pair as well but their sizes run smaller than usually. The staff made me feel uncomfortable. They were making faces and comments towards about me. I finally decided on a pair, but noticed a small defect and asked for another pair ))) they reacted like I’m from another planet )) Now, I think I need to go back to change for a half size bigger and I really don’t want to because of the staff 😁 I love the shoes, don’t the staff.
