The food was absolutely delicious. My husband and I ordered the Adana Kebab, and the portion was huge. We were both very satisfied with the taste, quality, and overall experience. A great place if you’re craving something flavorful and filling.

Decent place, not expensive, & food is good! I had a grill Adana kebab, & it was delicious, took some time to prepare, but I'm not complaining since it was well made. They used to have more variety few years back, & some speciality casseroles (in clay pots), but it seems they've settled for the regular menu items. They also could put some music on & some lights too, the place sounds like it's abandoned or something; till we went in we couldn't tell if it's open or not!!

We had a meal for two for 15€. The soup was really delicious, and the tea tasted just like in Istanbul. A nice Turkish canteen.

I just had a wonderful experience at this Turkish restaurant in Budapest. The atmosphere is bright, clean, and welcoming – almost like being in Turkey itself, off the beaten tourist’s places. Everything feels well cared for and neatly arranged. The food is outstanding: fresh, high-quality, and full of authentic flavor. I also loved that there are no unusual cocktails or mayonnaise-based sauces – instead, you get a proper spicy tomato sauce with paprika and an exceptionally delicious, truly Turkish yogurt sauce with mint and sumac. The menu offers a great selection, from chicken and veal to Adana kebab, lamb skewers, and lamb chops – all at very fair prices. I will definitely come back, this place is a real gem.

An excellent spot! This self-service restaurant offers a wide variety of Turkish hot dishes, both meat and vegetarian, along with a great selection of salads and desserts. It's a down-to-earth establishment, open even on Sundays, with incredibly friendly staff who are easy to communicate with in English.
