Agnes was absolutely wonderful! She was polite, cheerful, and incredibly attentive. She treated my hair with such care, and the treatment she did left it unbelievably shiny. She also cut my hair exactly the way I wanted, keeping the length just right and not too short. I couldn’t be happier with the result!

Agnes gave me a really nice haircut. She was super friendly and even though she didn’t speak English very well she understood EXACTLY what I wanted (and needed). I felt safe in her chair and trusted she would do a great job! I couldn’t be happier and it was great value for money. Very sweet woman, I can highly recommend paying her a visit.

Kedves Gabriella Gogolák! Szeretném tisztázni, hogy Ági mindig a legjobb szándékkal és szakértelemmel dolgozik. Én személy szerint már évek óta járok hozzá, és mindig maximálisan elégedett voltam a munkájával. Különösen figyelmes és lelkiismeretes, soha nem hagyja figyelmen kívül a vendégei igényeit, és mindent megtesz a legjobb eredmény elérése érdekében. Ami történt, az egy összetett folyamat volt, amelyet közösen átbeszéltetek, és a hajad állapota is ezt indokolta. Ági nemcsak szakszerűen végezte el a korrekciót, hanem még ajándékba is adott neked egy ingyenes őssejtes hajkezelést. Ráadásul, amikor visszajöttél és jelezted elégedetlenségedet, a teljes összeget visszaadta, ami nem mindennapi kedvesség és professzionalizmus. Nem tudom nálad, hogy megy, de egy étteremben is visszamész az elfogyasztott étel árát visszakérni? Ezek után azt tapasztalni, hogy olyan vádakat fogalmazol meg, amelyek nem fedik a valóságot, igazán csalódást keltő. I just walked into the hair salon, and Ági immediately took me in, even though I didn't have an appointment. She's a very kind lady. She did a fantastic job with my hair. I can only recommend her.
