Az elmúlt időszakban kénytelen voltam jópárszor meglátogatni a tüdőgyógyászatot (+ röntgen és légzésfunkció vizsgálat) és minden egyes alkalommal rendkívül gyors, flott és maximálisan szakmai kivizsgálásban/bánásmódban volt részem. Nem csak "tényeket" kaptam, de hosszútávú terápiás javaslatokat is, illetve folyamatos kontrollt, ami emberileg nagyon jól esik, betegként pedig borzasztóan motivál, főleg olyan ex-dohányosként, aki szeretne újra jól fellélegezni. :)

Ma időpontra mentem tüdőszűrésre. 10 perccel elobb érkeztem, a foglalt időpont után 20 percet vártam. Ez idő alatt senki nem volt a tüdőszűrés részlegen. Se be nem ment senki, se ki nem jött senki. 20 perc várakozás után eljöttem. Ha időpontot kell foglalni, akkor miért ülök 20 percet a váróba úgy, hogy senki nincs előttem? Jó lenne, ha nem más idejével szórakoznának. Egy szűrés pár perc alatt meg van. 30 percig se ki, se be. Akkor ne kelljen időpontot foglalni, hanem érkezési sorrend legyen. A recepciós t ( betegfelvétel) igazán lecserélhetnék valami normális, udvarias emberre. Borzasztó!!!!!

A bunkó kedves recepciós "hölgy" rövid hajú, szőke, szemüveges mama, nem tud kulturáltan beszélni senkivel. Alkalmatlan ennek a munkakörnek a betőltésére. Persze panasz gmail-t nem lehet sehol írni. Legközelebb nem leszek ilyen megértő. Undorító.!!!!!!

Lelketlen, gondatlan emberek. Folyamatosan fél éves kontrollra járok hozzájuk. Most amikor odamegyek 10 napja tartó tüdő és hátszúrással, szűnni nem akaró köhögéssel, akkor azt mondják nem tudnak ellátni, menjek máshová.... Remélem meghalok ebben a tüdő gyulladásban és akkor legalább a családom küldhet nekik egy köszönő levelet, a hát éves kislányom aláírásával.

A betegfelvételen ülő hölgy ritka bunkó volt, pedig konkrétan üres volt a váróterem. Már az első mondatánál kezdve, mindennel baja volt, és ezt még csak nem is udvarias stílusban vezette elő.
