Rude butcherman refused to trim excess fat from lamb shoulder cubes. Its a shame I was a regular but I wont go there no more

Ive never been to a more expensive butcher. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone, the prices are insane, roughly double everywhere else. On top of that, the seller is rude and aggressive.

Halal and the lamb is worth going for. Tried the chops, ribs, burger, kebab sticks, lots of different cuts including whole legs. Must try

This shop is my absolute favorite place for halal meat! The meat tastes incredibly delicious, and it always looks very clean and fresh. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience. The entire place is spotless, which adds to the overall quality and trustworthiness. If you don't eat just to live but truly care about the highest quality of meat appropriately priced and great service, this is the ONLY place to shop. I purchased lamb only once before at a different market and was very disappointed. I have only looked at lamb from other markets and was not impressed by what I saw and did not want to be disappointed again.Turkuaz, in my opinion, has THE BEST lamb you can buy in Budapest! The day before Easter, I was looking for lamb chops....only 1small package (single rib) in the case but I prefer 2 ribs. I asked the gentleman behind the counter is he had any more...he said that was all...I asked if he had rack that could be cut into 2rib chops (he had done this for me before) but he nodded no and walked away..I was debating whether or not to purchase the package in the case and was about to when he reappeared from the back with a full rack. He cut it and brought it over to me, asking "2 ribs?" With a huge smile on my face, I said "YES"...He smiled and began cutting. I told him that I would take it all...I walked out yet again, a very happy customer. Talk about service with a smile!!! I am by no means a chef, but I know how to cook and these la
