Felkarolja a kultúrális élet ifjú Tehetségeit is! ... Jó megközelíthetőség. Parkolás jónak mondható.

Régebben jó hely volt az élő koncertekkel, nem csak nyugdíjasoknak tartott estékkel. Fel kéne pezsdíteni sok színes programmal, vásárral, kiállítással, koncerttel, felolvasó esttel, stb. és megfelelően meghirdetni kerület-szerte.

Egy bogár és hüllő kiállítást néztünk meg, amit ebből a pici kis helyből ki tudtak hozni azt megtették, a gyerekek nagyon élvezték. Nem vagyunk ismerősök a környéken, egy ekkora lakótelep megérdemelne egy nagyobb közösségi házat. Látszott a sok plakáton, hogy folyamatosak a programok, törödnek a közösséggel.

Sajnos, nincs büfé, csupán kávét lehet kapni. Minden pénteken 17-21 óráig a Szilver zenekar 3 tagja zenél - közmegelégedésre. Családias a hangulat, a belépő csupán 2000 forint. Mi jól éreztük magunkat. Ételt, italt érdemes vinni.

A közösségi ház, Újpalota szíve.Itt mindig jól érzi magát az ember. Itt van vetélkedő, társasjáték klub,torna, zumba nóta délután, na és persze péntekenként a kihagyhatatlan Nosztalgia klub.
