One of the worst buying experience of my life. I had one attendant following me ALL THE TIME and checking what i was doing, really a guard dog. Shop was not full but there were other customers around, but the guy was just at 3 meters from me checking if I was not stealing. Probably he racially profiled me as I am mediterranean, so dark hair and not light skin. When I asked to the cashier some explanation she said it is is job, and because I didnt have a basket with me. But I highlighted that as well other customers didnt have a basket and were not followed. Really really embarassing, a company culture to avoid absolutely.

Fake blindboxes! If you’re looking for real blindboxes (labubu, smiski, etc) don’t bother buying here. I bought two smiskis and they both turned out to be fake. Even the description of one of the smiskis is incorrect…

They have good products ( make up, hair accessories) I buy blind boxes here they have some cute ones. The cashiers and workers here are kind and helpful.

I recently visited with intention of making a purchase, but my experience was nothing short of frustrating and disheartening. While browsing the store, I accidentally dropped an item on the ground. To my shock, the staff insisted that I pay for the item, despite the fact that it was clearly an accident. I understand that stores have policies in place, but the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. Instead of showing understanding and compassion, the staff were rude and unhelpful, treating me as if I had intentionally damaged the product. It left me feeling embarrassed and disrespected as a customer. This experience has completely soured my impression of shopping in that shop. It is clear that customer service is not a priority for them. I will not be returning to this shop, and I strongly advise others to think twice before stepping foot inside. There are plenty of other stores that value their customers and treat them with respect. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere!NEVER WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY SHOPPING AT YOYOSO ,THEY ARE NOTHING BUT WICKED AND EVILS PEOPLE WHO POORLY ORGANIZE THEIR ITEMS AND WAIT TO MAKE CUSTOMER PAY FOR THEIR STUPIDITY.
