Viktor and Adam helped me so much! I had lost my glasses and needed to get new ones urgently. Having a bit more complex vision including astigmatism, all the other optical centers told me it would take at least one week. But for them it was doable in 24 hours! What a relief! They offered me different price ranges and even adapted to my lower resources. So incredibly kind! Also, I like the new glasses even much more than the ones I lost. Overall, just a perfect experience, I am so happy I went there.

Top notch service! We had an eye exam and replaced the lenses in our reading glasses. The team here is wonderful and helpful. Easy to communicate in English and German, if you are a tourist like us and don't speak the local language.
