Volvo Galeria damaged my summer tires during the change in November 2025; As I did not speak Hungarian, they did not report anything to me in English but gladly accepted the damaged tires for storage. When I came for the change in April 2026, they informed me that the tyres were damaged and needed to be replaced. They became evasive as to how and when the damaged occurred, but only on my insistence and documented with photos, it is clear that inner rim of the tyres was damaged during the removal – the damage is on inside of the tyres. They refused to compensate and I have now lodged an appeal with Hungarian authorities. Even more so, the fact they tried to hide this from me and persuade me to buy the new tires from them speaks volumes. --- ADDENDUM: RESPONSE TO THE VOLVO GALERIA COMMENT: You are purposefuly continuing with deception. I am referring to the ORIGINAL Volvo summer tires that came with the vehicle when it was purchased in 2023. It is the set of the original tyres that you managed to damage, due to your incompetence, and this is well documented on the photos. Winter tyres have nothing to do with the summer tires which are again - ORIGINAL True, your incompetence

Today I was checking a new XC90, one lady come up to me and she was wery nice and polite, I just wanted to sit in the car and check it alone. And she was okay with that, nice to visit you. Thaaank you very much!

I have long admired Volvo and the sense of importance it conveys to the driver. However, this positive experience has not been reflected in my recent service interactions. While the staff professes concern, promises are broken, and my time is wasted. The dealership appears to prioritize financial transactions over customer needs and requests. They hided behind the GDPR law to mislead me tried to pretend they just follow the rules but simply just misinterpreted it.

Péter Komzák You should have been on vacation all the whole time. Why did you come back from your holiday. It's the same thing that doesn't solve and try, whether it's vacation or work You just don’t even try How many months has it been?

One star only because zero stars is not an option. I had an appointment with Jozsef, I went to the store during my lunch time and he did not show up. He wrote me, 10 min before our date, writing he had a meeting (the receptionist told me he was out..). He called me back offering to come to my office, so i told my colleagues and organized a meeting. He not only did not show up again, but also did not reply to any call or email. I never experienced such an unprofessional and arrogant behavior.
