I had a very disappointing experience with Wekerle Business School. The visa success rate for students appears to be extremely low (around 0.5% based on what I’ve seen), which is very concerning for international applicants. After my visa was rejected, it took about 11 months to receive my tuition fee refund. On top of that, they deducted 460 euros before sending the refund. The process was extremely slow, and communication was poor. When I asked about my refund status, responses were delayed and they could not provide any clear timeline for when I would receive my money. Overall, the long delay, deduction, and lack of transparency made this a very stressful and frustrating experience. I strongly advise future students to carefully review the visa success rate and refund policy before making any payments.

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I would like to share a painful message. I got rejected September intake, 10 September 2025 and I applied for refund my tuition fees in the smane date. But, I do not get my refund still now🙂. Today is 02 February 2026. It’s almost touch 5 months. The status of my refund is “ procession of refund by finance office " since 52 days. Refund policy said that, the refund duration is 60-90 days (2-3) months, but the school authority do not maintain their refund policy. I attached the refund policy. Please transfer my tuition fees as soon as possible. My studies are being disrupted. Best regards Md Wali Ullah

I wouldn’t recommend this university for international students. They give acceptance letters to almost everyone, but only about 0.5% actually get a visa. The campus is just a normal school building, and most of their income comes from Agency's & refund delays. Tuition fee refunds can take 3–4 months or even longer. Only in my country they gave almost 400+ Final Acceptance Letter. Even their most of the review with 5 star aren’t real review at all.

Currently doing my BBA here — and no, it’s not short for “Bring Back Assignments” (even though we get plenty 😅). Professors actually know what they’re talking about (thankfully), the lectures make sense most of the time, and the campus coffee keeps me alive during 8 a.m. classes. Met some great people and learned a lot — both academically and in how to survive group projects. 10/10 would recommend… unless it’s exam week, then ask me again later

This is absolutely NOT the place to invest your time in upgrading your knowledge because they will not train you properly at all. If you want to waste your time and money, if you want to experience lawlessness and disorder, go to this college. Inexperienced or less experienced professors, disorder and lawlessness, applying personal taste in decisions, and finally, the influence of some people outside this faculty in the academic process of students are just a few examples of the condition of this faculty. Not only me but many people who are not satisfied. This college only wants your money and has no supervision on the level of education and teaching, and in addition to this, add the mentioned challenges. Do not repeat my wrong experience.
