Almost two months since I reported a broken microwave oven, yet no service man ever contacted me since. I called Customer Service several times, but all they do is take my message. Terrible service.

Ian Johnson 3 years ago

Truly awful customer service. They collected my washing machine for repair in August. Now in December, they still have it. No communication whatsoever. My emails go unanswered.

Istvan Novak 4 years ago

Their support line is very busy but they were ultra professional, patient and constructive and they helped me over the phone in investigating the problem with my dishwasher, so they saved me time and money

Zoltan Keseru 6 years ago

Helpful service, though the waitlist is quite long. They took orders for two weeks later.
