I traveled from Sopron to Budapest specifically to have my examinations performed at this clinic. The experience at the Westend unit itself was acceptable, although not particularly professional. The staff member who collected my blood spent more time on the phone than paying attention to the patient in front of her and asked me to write down several personal details that had already been provided in the forms I completed upon arrival. However, the real nightmare began afterward. When my test results were sent by email, none of the attached documents could be opened with the password I was instructed to use. I tried every possible combination and contacted the clinic repeatedly by email, more than ten times to report the issue. Not a single email was answered. Five months later, I still cannot access a single document containing my own medical information and test results. Denying patients access to their medical records and completely ignoring their attempts to resolve the issue is simply unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I underwent these examinations as a Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship holder, and the experience unfortunately left me wondering whether this level of

The nurse was very kind. I had a blood test, and unfortunately, I always feel unwell during such occasions. The nurse was helpful; I received glucose tablets and water. I had been there before, and she even called me in earlier. I can only recommend it! Nyugati (Westend)

Let’s start with the positive part of the test: I got it on the promised time. That’s why one star. For the rest of the experience I would give -1 star. The big negative part had been the way they did it. I asked the young woman who took the sample to be gentle (because my nose tempt to be very sensitive and bleeding). She was not caring at all, just pushed the stick into my nose and moved it around what was really painful. I said stop and moved my head backwards because she didn’t stop. She just pushed the stick even longer into my nose while I moved away. It was horrible. I told her that it was VERY painful but she said she will do it again 10 seconds more. Now in the other nose whole. Just the same horrible process again. She had no sense for this at all, I never had such a painful test in my life (even though I had quite many) and never met such a rude worker with no empathy. I was crying from the pain and still hurting in my inner nose since that even though the test was some hours ago. I would never go to this place again, it was today at Westend City Center under the bridge.

Service is fast and friendly. If you make an appointment in English the email states you have to look for your booking ID as line number, but this is incorrect, instead you need your order ID for this. Service is done in English, payment by card and results are sent to you in English and Hungarian. My results came in about 13 hours - I went at 0800 in the morning. The only reason I give this three stars is because the employees at no point asked for my identification to confirm who I said I was.

Fast service, the result came back approximately 12 hours after. Also the sample taken from the throat only, so there’s no unpleasant nose swab. I arrived earlier and they called me at the last minute of my 15-min time frame, but it’s okay. If you want to have the certificate in English, it’s free of charge. Recommended!
