A szerződés tervezetét a szerződéskötés napján (!!!) küldte meg, ami tele volt helyesírási, stilisztikai es elírási hibákkal. A jogi szöveg sem volt mindenhol rendben, az egész szerződést át kellett írni az ügyfeleknek. Magunk ültünk le és javítottuk pontról pontra, mondatról mondatra. Kedves Ügyvédnő válasza erre az volt, hogy “Ez csak tervezet”. A tervezet lényege, hogy az ügyfeleknek annyi feladatuk legyen, hogy elolvassák és “leokézzák”. 2. Akármikor akármilyen kérdéssel fordultunk az Ügyvédnőhöz, mindig csak hebegett-habogott, pontos iránymutatást nem tudott adni. 3. A legtöbb ügyintézéssel elcsúszott, semmit nem csinált meg időben. Konkrétan több nap, talán hét is volt, mire a Földhivatalba benyújtotta a papírokat. A tulajdonbejegyzési határozatot átvette, majd több mint egy hónapra rá küldte csak ki az ügyfeleknek. A Zárai Ügyvédi Irodát és dr. Zárai Esztert senkinek nem ajánlom. Az eladók terhére volt, ímmel-ámmal, hanyagul végezte munkáját.

Hihetetlen pontatlan, lassú (ha megkap egy kész dokumentumot pl. földhivatali papírt, csak 1-2 hét múlva adja fel postán, ellenben ha adatot kér be az ügyféltől azt azonnal még aznap), kommunikációs problémák (telefonban csak hebegni-habogni tud, nem összeszedett a beszéde), könyörögni kell mindenért. Szerintem túlvállalja magát és kesze-kuszává válik a munkája. Szóval nem ajánlom senkinek.
