Minden rendben volt. Miután bevittük a papírokat, 24 órán belül utalták a biztosítási összeget.

Édesanyám fizette évekig a díjat, hogy majd a temetésére legyen egy kis könnyebbség. Meg akarta változtatni a kedvezményezettet nem sokkal a halála előtt. Kitöltöttük a papírokat, beküldtem, majd felhívtam őket. Telefonban mindent megígértek, majd semmit sem teljesítenek. Végül nem írták át a kedvezményezettet és semmilyen infót sem adtak ki. Senkinek nem ajánlom a céget.

Korrekt ügyintézés, nagyon kedves hölgy volt. Mai nap voltunk bent ,és délutánra át is utalták a biztosítási összeget. Köszönjük.

Pénteken zárás előtt vittem be a papírokat hétfőn utaltak sőt az utolsó utáni befizetést sem terhelték pusztán egy telefonhívásomra. Végtelenül korrekt. Az üzleti modelljük tipikus határokon átívelő off shore megoldás, megállapodás előtt érdemes tájékozódni. Szokásos üzleti gondosság.
