I think it’s unacceptable from any gym’s or fittness facility’s recepcionist to talk badly about a customers body and/or appearance. Everybody comes here to get in a better shape, to get more comfident, and hearing little mean comments from the staff directly is really sad. Even if you think you talked quiet enough to your coworker, it was audible… Find some kindness in yourself and do better.

This is my second month going to this gym. For 2 months not a single cleaning was done in the hall! I have never seen a gym be so dirty! Absolutely all the lockers in the locker room have heaps of dirt, hair, and used napkins, just like in a public toilet! There are patches of dirt everywhere on the carpet in the hall. Along the paths, it seems to me that a new form of life has already formed; I think they have never been vacuumed there in their life! And we breathe it all! There is a plastic water cover under the rowing machine, it has been there for a month!!!! this means that no one has vacuumed the hall even once in a month! We kindly ask you to clean the hall, it's just a nightmare!!
