Had an awful haircut done elsewhere the day before and came in here to remedy things. Jenny was supper attentive and spent an hour brilliantly redeeming my hair for the best haircut I've ever gotten in Budapest of perhaps 10. This is now the only place I'll go in Budapest, and I can't recommend Jenny strongly enough!

Seems I need to provide the feedback on the hair cut that I got. Initial cut on 25th of July was done by Esme. And ended without washing even though it was mentioned on the booking. So came home and washed my hair and took a look at the cut. Sides of my hair was uneven, and shape was like inverted trapezoid with very poor transitioning from lower to higher. So I came back the next day and asked time again to fix this issue. So I was told to book a time again. On 31st of July, I book an available time and came. Explained exactly what is wrong, what I want. However she demanded the full price for the poor cut that I received. So I explained again that if it was done well in the 1st place I wouldn't come. But she irritated and passive aggressively told "do you think my time is free ?" And then pretended to fix the sides, but her irritation resulted my hair in worse shape. Super disappointed with the attitude, service, and skill. Hope she takes this feedback constructively and impersonally to improve her attitude and ability to listen her customers better. Moreover, please let her know that everyone's time is precious therefore, so treat her customers respectfully. No one wants to

My graduation was next day, so I just asked Niki for a simple thing and to my surprise, all who saw me on that day praised the hair cut (and the stylist ofcourse), Nikki has a friendly character, always smiling, and she has a taste for choosing a suitable hairstyle. Highly recommend the place.

After several failed attempt to get a proper haircut in Budapest finally I found this shop. I recommend Bianka, she was calm, professional and did a good job. Thanks!

Imagine not only professional work, but also this spiced up with a gentle, calm atmosphere and a general feel of ,,I belong here, and I'm important". Also I feel more confident and great with my new hair so if anyone reads this, definitely check in and don"t be shy :D
