I had an appointment scheduled and they just wouldnt open the door. I called and they said they forgot the appointment and that was it basically. It was simply humiliating and I would never give them my bussiness after this.

Is written on Google to call ahead. I done that, someone answer and I have asked if he speaks English. He said "No, bye" and just hang up. Well.... Edit: following your reply. I have just got engaged in the last couple days. This is a happy moment in my life and searching for a ring is meant to be a very exciting experience. To make things worse it is also my birthday today. To Be spoken to like I was on the phone was not professional and very disappointing. You could have at least waited until I introduced myself and said why I was phoning before hanging up on me.

Phoned. My partner asked if they spoke English. He said no and bye and hung up on her. Very poor service. How do you expect to run and business and sell if you speak to people that way. I have no problem if there is a language barrier but don't be rude about it. The fact he understood the question and replied in English means his no might not be true. Also the number on Google is incorrect. We used the number on the front of the building which is +38. Google has 03.
