This is the worst clinic I have ever visited. They suggested tests that were completely unrelated to my problem, seemingly just to make me pay 87,000 Ft.

I go to Affidea for many areas but they are not the best at dermatology. I lived in many Western European countries and I have never experienced such an impolite - incompetent service what I experienced there. Mónika Sápy is very arrogant, I asked her to check my skin on my head as well as I coloured my hair for years….she said Tumor is not possible there……just write it in google and see what you will find. So she refused to check it, I am the patient, I pay for the service…… Also she communicates in a way …an intellectual, cultured person definitely does not do that. I think she is incompetent as well, lack of knowledge. Don’t waist your money here for this poor service! The Hungarian term for this woman’s behaviour is „bunkó“

Unfriendly receptionist, unhelpful and condescending. We left after half an hour (have to arrive 15 min early) waiting for an appointment that was pre-booked. Not much point in making an appointment if you have to sit there for 45 minutes. Can get that for free. Would not go back.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!! DO NOT GO THERE! I should rather gave 0 or -1 point as a review. The WORST health center I've ever seen in my life. I've an appointment with one of their doctors however I do not have my papers with me (the result of my blood sample) and because I do not have a Hungarian Health ID they were unable to do a proper examination and consultation however they asked for the full price of the f...king service 30k HUF. I went to Synlab which is there NEXT to their door literally -the company who did the exam of my blood sample- and they provided me the required paper within 5-10 mins. I came back and then asked why the f.... the Major Dr. Whoever wouldn't be able to do same. Then came the answer: "It's not my responsibility to go to Synlab and ask for the result". Then I left... I'LL NEVER EVER GONNA GO BACK THERE AGAIN.

Worst receptionist ever! Appointment given for 8.40 am. At 9.20 i ask the receptionist could you tell me when will be my turn. Answer " you were late, so you have to wait" Matter fact i arrive at 8.38 am. Not my first time here. On my previous visit I didn t even stayed. Now I can say that I definately would never come back here!! Welcome to private control, scan or laboratory in Hungary! Worst ever.
