Sunday stroll through Budapest took us to the Basilica, where we stopped for a quick lunch and a glass of wine. Gnocchi Quattro Formaggi are one of my favourites, and they were absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. Unfortunately, the glass of wine didn’t quite live up to the dish. The service was fast, polite and professional. Overall, a pleasant stop during our walk through Budapest.

Went to this location for a quick lunch while walking around the city. The service was very quick and they were able to cater for food dietary needs. The food was very nice, having the calzone, was perfectly cooked and having a great range of toppings. The price is fairly reasonable for a city location, likely not the cheapest in the city and for a lunch was medium priced to more dinner values. Would recommend the location for a meal.

It’s been a while I love in Budapest, and this year I decided to go back eating in this restaurant after 9 years almost. In the past I didn’t like their service, but I MUST say now they had a jump of quality. All the waiters are very polite and very kind, they even split our bills without making any complain or rolling the eyes (as usually happens in Budapest). The quality of the food stayed high, the pizza was to die for, and we tasted all our dishes. Also zuppa di ceci was great, and the pasta amazing. The only thing that makes me think about this place are the prices. A bit high. But that’s totally understandable, since the location is stunning. And during summer you can have lunch with the side view os the bazilika. Totally recommend if you’re in Budapest and you would like a taste of original Italian food. (Ps: you can also buy freshly cut prosciutto and cheese here. We bought prosciutto crudo di Parma to take home. I was surprised for the affordable prices.)

The best Italian restaurant I've tried in Budapest so far. You truly live the experience of authentic Italian cuisine. The place is spacious, and the restaurant's location is near Budapest's most famous landmarks. The staff are incredibly cooperative, and their smiles never fade. Their menu is clear, and you can discuss it with them if you have any questions. The price is somewhat acceptable; I ordered three dishes and a cola for 16k. I will definitely repeat the visit if I return to Budapest

Absolutely fantastic food, superb service and great that they spoke excellent English for the lazy British. A really relaxed atmosphere, with well laid out and spacious seating areas, including some window seats for two. Food was excellent and really helped having pictures of some of the dishes in the menus. Clearly labelled with vegetarian and vegan, plus English translations. The service was superb too. Took their time making sure you got what you wanted, plus also made several recommendations from the beer choices to the olive oils that compliment your dish. Toilets are clean, big and well laid out and the main entrance is non touch too. The prices are also very reasonable. Really, really recommend this restaurant.
