Is there English Service for those who have limited Hungarian language?

Lehet példát venni erről a templomról Magyar templomok! Nyitva van! Be lehet menni és nem csak az előtérbe. Ezzel éltek is többen, ültek a padokban és csendben imádkoztak. 1941-ben szentelték fel, a templom nagy részben Doroszlai Béla nevéhez fűződik. Tervezői Kismarthy Lechner Jenő és fia ifj. Lechner Jenő. A kor építészeti stílusait magán hordozó épület sok vasbeton elemet tartalmaz. Katolikus templomhoz képest puritánnak mondható. Érdekessége a szentély jobb oldalán lévő üvegablak, ami az 1938-as Eucharisztikus Világkongresszus emlékét őrzi. A többi ablak a nyolc boldogság ábrázolása. Mai orgonája 1985-ben készült el. Felhívom a figyelmet a kártyás perselyre!

Valahogy nincs olyan jó barátságos hangulat mint más templomokban. Hiányzik a kedves barátságos hangnem.

Augusztus 20-án voltam a tenplomban, lenyűgöző volt a fiatal atya tàjèkozottsàga, amilyen törtènelmi hàtteret vàzolt fel a nap jelentősègènek megismertetèsère. A mise vègèn a himnuszt is elènekeltük.

A Szent Mihály tiszteletére emelt templomot Shvoy Lajos székesfehérvári püspök 1941.október 5.-én szentelte fel. Szép modernebb vonalakat képviselő templom.

Albertfalva a ráckevei koronauradalom promontori kirendeltségéhez tartozott, amikor a XIX. sz. elején a promontori (budafoki) zsellértelep északi irányba való bővítését határozták el és 50 házhelyet jelöltek ki az új településnek. E területet Mária Terézia ajándékozta leányának, Krisztina hercegnônek nászajándékul, aki Albert, szász-tesseni herceghez ment feleségül. Az új birtokosról nevezték Sachsenfeldnek, illetve nagyon rövid idő múlva kizárólag csak Albertfalvának. A kialakuló, többségében német iparosok lakta település 1828-ban elszakadt Promontortól és önállóvá vált. Az 1838-as nagy dunai árvíz szinte teljesen elpusztította Albertfalvát, de rövid idő múlva ismét felépült. Ipari fejlődése a XX. sz. elejétől felgyorsult (gumigyár, repülőgépgyár, szappangyár, ipari üzemek stb.). A kertes, kis házas, több részes település 1950-től Budapest XI. kerületének része. Az 1970-es évek kezdetén jelentős részét lebontották és új, tízemeletes panel lakóházakat építettek. Bár az anyakönyvezés már 1823-tól önálló anyakönyvben történt, az első szentmise csak 1922. december 26-án volt a régi iskolában. Az új iskola felépítésével (1929) állandó kápolnát alakítottak ki.
