We arrived on time (we had a booking). We ordered pizzas and salmon. The restaurant was almost empty at our arrival. There was no queue. The waiter took the orders for the food and left. The place started to fill up. After 45 minutes of waiting we saw ppl got their pizzas and food. We havent been contacted at all. I went to ask what is going on, they said 10 minutes. Then we waited another 15 when we said dont bother to bring the pizzas when the salmon got served after 1 hour wait. And yet, all other tables were served with food. They said a lot of order came in hence we need to wait. Worst experience. And about the food. 2 small slices of salmon on ruccola and a slice of lemon. For that price. Dont bother come in, overpriced low quality place for a proper restaurant’s price. And also, the glass we got had a crack on it.

We had good pizzas but uncomfortable experience here. * UPDATE: The owner is welcoming our feedbacks. He showed his kindess and he offered our unfair payment back in the comment below. However I am not going to ask few thousands of HUF back, just editing my review here 👍🏼 we appreciated the explanation. Good business takes care of the customers💖 Previous situation: We started by showing the staff our 1+1 coupon. - staff looked kind I don't want to say anything bad in person. However, when it was time to pay, they completely changed their story and demanded full price for both pizzas. It was a shame because we were looking forward to the meal, but the dishonesty and the way we were treated was unacceptable.

An authentic Napoli pizza place in town! The chef was very quick with the pizza - I think it took him only around 5 mins for our two pizzas. Our pizza were both nice, especially with the chewy dough 🍕 Would visit again!

This place is perfect! The waiter today was so nice and professional, and speaks English too, all of this is rare in Budapest. The food is great, normal prices, no service fee automatically added but its up to the customer to decide to tip or not, that's how it should be everywhere! I loved it and will come back soon!

It's a cozy neighborhood restaurant run by a family business. The food is very delicious and with the friendly prices, it exceeded my expectations! And the restaurant manager, Adam, he's amazing—professional and friendly! I highly recommend it, It's in my top 5 Italian restaurants in Budapest! We will be back!
