Válaszolnék az értékelésemre adott válaszára: 14 éves kutyáról van szó, aki életében nem először járt kozmetikában, és korábban nem volt problémánk sem a viselkedéssel, sem az elkészült munkával. A helyszínen egy fiatal, rózsaszín ruhás hölgy dolgozott a kutyán, ezért számunkra teljesen egyértelmű volt, hogy tanulóról van szó, illetve Tímea is csak akkor közölte velünk amikor otthagytuk a kutyust, hogy nem ő fogja elvégezni a munkát. Ettől függetlenül a legnagyobb problémát nem is ez jelenti, hanem az elkészült munka minősége és az utólagos hozzáállás! A feltöltött képeken jól látható az egyenetlen, foltos nyírás. Ha ez valóban az Önök szerint is megfelelő szakmai munka, akkor a képek magukért beszélnek. A javítást először felajánlották, majd később visszamondták. Mi eredetileg kulturált rendezést szerettünk volna, nem nyilvános vitát, de ezek után ment a második értékelés. A nyugtát a helyszínen nem kaptuk meg és nem is ajánlották fel, ezért természetesen abból tudtunk kiindulni, amit ott tapasztaltunk.

1 csillag! Kifejezetten rossz tapasztalatunk volt. A kutyánkat egy tanuló nyírta le tegnap, erről előre nem kaptunk korrekt tájékoztatást. A munka elkészülésére kb. 2 órát kellett várni, a végeredmény pedig sajnos nagyon messze áll a szakszerű kutyakozmetikától: egyenetlen, foltos, több helyen túl rövidre vágott szőr maradt utána… A legfelháborítóbb azonban a hozzáállás volt. A problémát kulturáltan jeleztük ma telefonon a tulajdonos felé, aki először felajánlotta a javítást, majd később visszahívott azzal, hogy mégsem vállalják, mert a tanuló szerint „tökéletes” munkát végzett. 11.000 Ft-ot fizettünk ezért a szolgáltatásért, számlát nem kaptunk! A képek alapján mindenki eldöntheti maga, mennyire nevezhető ez igényes munkának. Mi biztosan nem térünk vissza!

Baba uszkár első kozmetikája volt és eszméletlen ügyesek voltak! Nagyon szépen dolgoznak, a végeredmény csodaszép lett. Csak ajánlani tudom!

Csak jót tudok írni! Olyan törődéssel, szeretettel és hozzáértéssel bánik a kutyusokkal, ami szavakkal kifejezhetetlen. Alapos, pontos, precíz. Minden kutyus itt szépüljön! 🥰
