I had booked an appointment for the 2nd July which unfortunately they had to cancel the day before because the salon needed to be closed that day. That was totally understandable as these things happen. I paid a 50% deposit of 19,995 HUF which they said would be refunded. I contacted them via email 2 weeks later to ask if the refund had been processed and if it had what date so I could calculate how long it had been. No-one responded to either of the 2 emails. I also contacted via WhatsApp and was told once they would check but then didnt hear from them, and the second time I messaged them I was sent a screenshot of a refund but when I asked again if they could confirm the date of the refund as it has now been 16 days since the original cancellation, I still have not been given a reply about the date of the refund. I have never posted a negative review before, but after the very poor communication I received from here I felt that I needed to write this, because I feel that when a deposit has been taken, and the appointment could not be fulfilled because of the salon themselves, then the least they could do is properly communicate and respond to my request for simple information as

I had a lovely, relaxing time at Aqua Head Spa. Adding the scalp treatment/massage in my self-care routine. 😊 Thanks to Lilla for the great service! ❤️

SO GOOD! I had the best time! The spa is in a central, easy to find location. The atmosphere is well thought out and calming. It felt luxurious just to be there. I was with Lilla and she was so kind and accomodating. The massage chair (more like a bed) is to die for and the head/hair treatment was informative and magnificent. The face massage was super relaxing and I went home feeling whole. I have to say, this is such a cool idea. Not only do you get to relax and get a massage, but you get a facial and your hair done as well, all in one! Also, I got a present!!! A must try for all!

Great experience! Dori was very professional with the scalp analysis, I learnt a lot about how I should treat my hair. The entire treatment was very relaxing, really amazing!
