I've been already to more than 50 different thermal pools in whole Europe and this was my worst experience ever. First of all look at the website and try to understand their price list.. I went there and reception staff it's also confused about it and can't give clear information. Sauna area it's a joke. 1 sauna with shorts, another without shorts, and 1 totally close for a whole time. And thermal pools... That's most funny thing I ever seen. So you have to walk actually like 200m just to get to the pools from main building. After it's frizzing and you have to walk all the way back. I just left after spending 30minutes in this place. I was longer complaining at reception claiming back my money. If you want to have fun and enjoy - DONT GO THERE!!!

We had a very disappointing experience with a staff member at the bath reception, Vivien, who was extremely unhelpful and dismissive when we approached her to check into the hotel, which shares the same counter. Instead of politely directing us or offering any assistance, she snapped at us, refused to help locate the hotel receptionist, and returned to using her phone. Her tone and attitude were unnecessarily rude and left a very poor impression - something I find unacceptable under any circumstances. After waiting nearly 10 minutes, a passing cleaning staff member kindly helped us find the hotel receptionist. Thanks to her, we made it to the wedding we came for only just in time.

Can’t comment on rooms. Line and wait time to purchase tickets and get in is unacceptable with 2 cashiers working and over 20 people/families waiting. Pools are nice, slides are fun and included in the ticket, playgrounds great, back outdoor pools are renovated and the Japanese pool is brand new. Food and drinks are a long wait, every order takes ages slightly overpriced.

We were a day visitor, so cant comment on rooms. but pools and slides all good. The big slides were so much fun.. Lots of food providers 3rd party from ice cream to hot dogs , lángos, gyros, burgers, pancakes and lots of different drink options. Parking not much cover in the sun

The venue's sole redeeming quality is that it's close to Budapest and the city of Ráckeve has a lovely looking little village vibes. The parking for us was decent but we've arrived just before a rather huge wave of people who had to wait for quite a bit whilst we were being sorted out at the reception. We should not have gotten the combined/complex ticket and would not recommend the inside pool at all as everything was dirty inside, the path to the pool the pools itself gunk on the bottom and dirty tiles along the walls which was the same for the outside pools and the slides by the way. Also the inside pool's tiles are so slippery it's a proper hazard, it should be redone altogether a flimsy yellow slipping hazard sign does a helluva lot of heavy lifting. We've had the impression that we got swindled as the price does not reflect the value we've got not to mention the flimsy and gunky wrist band you have to pay deposit for. It's a 1000Ft deposit for a 150Ft RFID band you can get from china in bulk. You get that money back of course but paying near 60K altogether we were perplexed as to why one would need to pay a deposit for anything by that point.
