Gyönyörű hely, sík terep, könnyű sétához, piknikhez ideális. A vízszint változása miatt mindig, minden évszakban másképp szép. (Visszahívható, úszni szerető kutyáknak csodás. Az ösvényeken nincs a szemétnek edény, úgyhogy számítsunk rá, hogy a saját szemetünket haza kell hozni. Jó lenne, ha mindenki így tenne! Sajnos így is akad szemét és sitt is - szerencsére gyakran takarja a növényzet és nem annyira zavaró.

Annyira alacsony a vízállás, hogy száraz lábbal át lehet sétalni a kis Háros-szigetre. Az ártéren látszik az őszi árvíz nyoma, a sok kidőlt fa.

Szép természetvédelmi terület ahol kellemes sétát lehet tenni, bár kissé el van hanyagolva. Helyenként az árvíz által kihordott műanyag palack látható, meg amitől valaki itt szabadult meg 🙁. Érzésem szerint a hódok túlzásba viszik a fadöntést, de ez nézőpont kérdése.

Bringával vetődtem erre, nagyon hangulatos ártéri erdő. Fák, homokos part, még pad is van, csak az a sok nyavalyás szúnyog ne lenne :)

Közel a Duna. Vannak homokos partszakaszok. Fák amerre a szem lát. Van közvetlen parti út és biciglis út futó út is
