Nyárom eltörtem a lábam és a gipszlevétel utáni rehabilitáció miatt keresetem fel az ArtHuman Központot. Adél mind szakmailag, mind emberileg számomra tökéletes gyógytornász. Már az első alkalommal egész másképp mentem el, mint ahogyan érkeztem.

Én 5 ⭐️ot adok mert a gyógytornász egy tünemény nagyon profi módon kezelt , nagyon emberi hozzá állása van ❤️, mindenben segített amiért hálás vagyok a sorsnak , hogy őt kaptam segítségnek a terdprotezis műtét után . Ha meg tud maradni így a mai világban sok embernek lessz a segítségére én csak hálával tartozom a Kedves Hepp Annának ! Köszönöm ,hogy megismertem és még a központnak is a segítséget ! További jót kívánok mindenkinek !

A gyakorlatok közül csak a térdtámaszos feladatok maradtak el. Sikerült saját tempót követve erősíteni a gerincemet. Másnap tovább bírtam az álló testhelyzetet, csökkent a derék fájdalom erőssége. A gyakorlatok szerintem elérték a kitűzött részcélt.

Petránál voltunk első alkalommal Schroth tornán, akiről csak jót tudok mondani, nagyon biztonságos légkört teremtett számunkra, amelyben nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Kiváló szakmai felkészültséggel, szeretettel és türelemmel tartotta az órát, az elején pár perc lazító masszázzsal kezdte, és a már ismert gyakorlatok mellett tanított új elemeket is, ami szintén nagyon tetszett. A terem hangulata nagyon kellemes és otthonos, Petra lénye pedig nyugodt, kiegyensúlyozott, csendes és szerény, számunkra úgy érzem a legkiválóbb szakember, akit csak kívánhatnék a gyermekemnek. Nagyon szépen köszönjük a segítségét!
