Imádom ezt a termet! Sokat fejlődtem, amióta ide járok :-) Nagyon segítőkészek és szakmailag felkészültek. Sok olyan odafigyelést kapok, amiért máshol fizetnem kellene! Családias a hangulat, ezért csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek, aki fejlődni szeretne!

Profi segítség az edzéshez és táplálkozáshoz Gabitól! Nagyon tudja és érti azt amit csinál. Mindenben a maximálisat adja. A tanácsadások mellett, tényleg csak rajtunk múlik, hogy mennyire vagyunk képesek változni/változtatni. Nem egy Hype terem, de szerintem sokan pont emiatt vagyunk itt. 🙃

Nagyon hangulatos,igazi retró edzőterem.A gépek és súlyok egyszerűek,de minden megtalálható,ami egy jó edzéshez kell.Ami számomra fontos,hogy az egész teremnek családias hangulata van,segítőkész barátságos edzőtársakkal!Nem utolsó sorban megfizethető és a pultban is minden segítséget megkapsz!

27 év alatt sok teremben edzettem már. Két home gym-et is építettem. Az AST-s eszközpark vált be nekem eddig a legjobban. Tapasztalataim alapján a legkényelmesebb és legszakszerűbb terem.

Nem értem a pozitív értékeléseket. Szánalom a hely. “Természetesen” csak készpénzzel lehet fizetni. Lepukkant lepra az egész hely, csupa régi gépük és eszközeik vannak
