Auto Palace Buda – Hyundai

I have been servicing my car here for the second time and the experience is always excellent. The team is professional, friendly, and very well organized. Annual service for my Hyundai has been done carefully and on time, and the communication is always clear. It’s great to have a place where you can truly trust the quality of work. Highly recommended!

Of all the car dealerships I've visited throughout Hungary in the nine years I've lived here, I have yet to encounter a single one of them that holds the level of professionalism and customer-oriented focus as this one. I worked with Marton Jonas, who I simply cannot recommend enough, to purchase a car they had on their lot as a certified pre-owned car. He went far above and beyond what I'd have expected, even helping me with the preparation to export the car in the upcoming months after purchasing it. He responds to all inquiries as soon as he can and he went far above and beyond simply selling me a car, offering solutions to help tackle the hurdles I was encountering with export preparation. Marton serves as an excellent example of what a business professional should aim to be, and the process was so good that for my next car purchase I will go wherever he is. A+ service.

Very good collaboration. Very friendly staff. Mister Poti was extremely helpful and responsive, answering all my questions promptly and providing all the necessary information. The car was exactly as described, in perfect condition, and the transaction process was transparent and hassle-free.

The worst customer service ever. My car was ready after service and nobody cared to inform me while I was waiting in the shop. I asked what I was waiting for. Somebody made a call and nothing happened. I went to the reception to ask for the manager, receptionist spoke with someone of the garage and nothing happened. On top of it I was nit informed. Another customer, also waiting, said that this was normal.. I went back to the reception and asked for the shop manager. By then I was waiting for no reason whatsoever for 45 minutes. Shop manager made a call and after some minutes finally someone arrived to give me my bill and car back. No sorry, nothing. The only premium here is the price. Never again to this dealer or service.
