Great Company. And great service. We rent a 7 seater car for 5 days, with a service for pick up from the airport in the end of the trip and and also a service ti bring the car to our hotel at the beginning of the rental. We add an extra tool road fee of 15/18 Euro (don't remember exactly the amount ( and we drove with no extra charge on M0/M1/M7 tool roads. Don't listen to the bad reviews here, if you are driving safe and not damaging the car, they will not charge you extra for nothing. I believe everyone that left bad reviews and said they charged them extra, did something to the car. Thank you for your excellent service

The employees worked with us to find a car which worked for our specific circumstances. It was available upon arrival and worked perfectly throughout our travels. While the return process was a little different than I've experienced before, it proceeded smoothly and the employees were friendly and got everything sorted quickly and effectively. With our positive experience, we would recommend Avalon to others and would use them again when we return.

They are not paying back the deposition, they're finding out damages on the car that already was there when we received it which is even written on the damage report! Also please double check the car together with the sellers that is bringing the car! Don't only trust their damage report! Check the car together carefully and tell them right there every damage you see and ask them to add it to the report immediately, otherwise they're leaving out 1 or 2 damages from the report on purpose, they know the damage from previous, but they're not adding it to the damage report just so they can blame it on you to keep your deposit! It's totally planned! Therefore pre check the car before receiving it! I did so! And I found a damage on the left front mirror and told them immediately, seems like the head office wasn't ready for it, but I asked the seller guy to document it and he did, so they couldn't play the game with me, they tried to keep my deposit but I talked with me bank to get it back! Pls don't rent from them it really sucks! Not worth the stress!!

Excellent customer service. The staff speaks fluent English and are incredibly easy to work with. They had misquoted me a lower rate over the phone and despite it not being the correct rate, they kept their word and offered the lower rate they had quoted. They’re responsive, and were the only company offering a car when I urgently required one. They are also open late at night so it’s convenient if your flight arrives at odd hours. They’re easy to work with and very fair. You won’t get any unexpected fees. I’ll be renting from them the next time I’m in Budapest.
