Worst service ever. Grumpy, rude, have watched potential customers walk away due to rudeness.

Just wanted a beer before my flight, no one was around so I asked the next stall for help. The young man acted like he works for charity, rude gesture and threw my receipt on the counter. Note to whoever runs this place, send your employees home if they don’t feel like working. They’re giving you and your name bad credit, stay well.

Worst coffee I had in Budapest, don’t have it! Also the cashier was not friendly. Definitely skip this place.

Worst service ever, the staff chatting to eachother and completely Ignoring the customers, the tables where filthy, the barmaid looked like she couldn't be bothered, it's a shame that this is allowed

The rudest guy i have ever seen. Didn't listen when I asked for a citron Iced tea, gave me peach iced tea instead. when i asked him to give me the type i ORIGINALLY ASKED FOR, he started shouting and saying that I should stop changing my mind. When my dad who is 75 years old tried to reason with him and asked him to calm down, he started shouting on him too.. It is never ok to treat people this way, especially the elderly. THIS GUY SHOULD BE FIRED, you should be banned form serving people, since you think it's ok to recrute crazy employees. Worst place ever, never again.
